 I was both born in the town of Botwood, Newfoundland, Canada and I am a sailor, oil rig worker, trucker, construction worker, archer, biker, but mostly I am a father and grandfather who likes to write poetry.

 My poems are short and to the point and will not require a dictionary as a stand by tool. They tell a story, make a point, or just express my opinion. I hope they touch your heart, maybe bring a tear or just make you think. Enjoy, Chris

Update... As of January 28, 2011 Marva and I are no longer man and wife.....and that hurts.
